AI Reports
AI-generated analytics reports delivered on a schedule and accessible in your dashboard
Eesee Metrics automatically generates plain-English analytics reports on a schedule based on your plan. Reports are stored in your dashboard so you can browse, read, and share them at any time — and retrieve them via the MCP integration.
What's in a report
Each report is a structured AI-generated summary covering:
- Overview metrics — sessions, pageviews, unique visitors, bounce rate, and average session duration for the period, with percentage changes versus the prior equivalent period
- Visitor split — new vs. returning visitor ratio
- Summary — a 2–4 sentence plain-English narrative of the period's performance
- Highlights — key findings tagged as positive, negative, or neutral, with the metric and observation
- Goals — conversion counts and conversion rates for your configured goals
- Top pages — the 5 pages that drove the most sessions
- Top referrers — top traffic sources
- Top countries — geographic breakdown
- Device breakdown — desktop / mobile / tablet split
- Recommendations — 3–5 actionable suggestions based on the period's data
- Top search queries — if Google Search Console is connected, the top queries by clicks with position data
Report cadence
| Cadence | Period covered | When generated | Plan |
|---|---|---|---|
| Weekly | Past 7 days | Every Monday | Pro, Scale |
| Monthly | Past calendar month | 1st of each month | Scale |
| Quarterly | Past calendar quarter | 1st of each quarter | Scale |
| Yearly | Past calendar year | January 1st | Scale |
Reports are generated automatically — no action required. If a site has fewer than 7 days of data when a weekly report is due, that report is skipped until there's enough history.
Accessing reports
- Open your site in the dashboard
- Go to Insights → Reports in the sidebar
- Browse the list — each row shows the cadence, the period covered, and the generation time
- Click any report to open the full structured view
Reports are sorted by date, most recent first. A small badge on the sidebar item shows how many unread reports are waiting.
Email delivery
Reports are also delivered by email. The weekly report arrives every Monday. Monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports are emailed when generated.
To toggle email delivery:
- Go to Insights → Reports
- Use the Email reports toggle in the top-right corner of the page
This setting is per-account and only affects your email — other organization members are not affected.
Retrieving reports via MCP
If you have the MCP integration connected, you can retrieve reports directly from Claude or Cursor:
get_latest_report() — most recent report of any cadence
get_latest_report(cadence: "monthly") — most recent monthly report
get_all_reports() — list of all available reports (Scale)The AI tool returns the full structured summary, which you can then ask follow-up questions about.
